Chevrolet Malibu 2012 Overview and Photos

Chevrolet this time they are redesigning their Malibu by making it roomier and increasing fuel efficiency. You can expect to see the newest Malibu this coming January 2011 at the North American International Auto Show, which is being held in Detroit, Michigan.
2012 Chevrolet Malibu is expected to announce a base price of about $22,500 for this car, with about $30,000 being the average selling price.


For those looking for power, Chevrolet has decided to only put 6-cylinder engines in their 2012 Malibu’s. With a battery supported electric mechanism for the motor, you can expect almost a 50% increase in fuel mileage over other 3.6 liter V-6’s.
According to patent drawings, from the front, the new 2012 Chevrolet Malibu looks similar to the 2011 Buick Regal, but, make your way to the rear, and you’ll notice additional ornamentations. The rear lights look like they should be on a Camero. Rumor also has it that the 2012 Chevrolet Malibu will be using the Epsilon II platform.
